Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is hiring for the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You will undergo six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives, learn how to match customer needs with carriers, and develop essential negotiation skills.

The program includes relocation to Cincinnati, a housing allowance, and a path to uncapped commissions. We offer a strong training and mentorship culture, with opportunities for advancement to a leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist account executives in solving customer needs and finding carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Manage daily operations and participate in hands-on and virtual training.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business.
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
