Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with paid relocation and hands-on training from top logistics brokers. You’ll build a book of business, earn a base salary plus bonuses, and have uncapped commission potential as you advance through a structured leadership track.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, competitive, ambitious and coachable, with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
