Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati with funded relocation from Alabama. The role offers a $55,000 minimum first-year compensation, a base salary plus sign-on bonus and housing allowance, and an uncapped commission structure to reward performance.

During six months of direct training, you will learn logistics, sales, and negotiation skills from senior Account Executives, then work to build a robust book of business across 65+ offices

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
