Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join its Fast Track Sales Program in a paid relocation to Cincinnati, OH. The program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a path to management while you build a book of business and earn a six-figure income through base pay, sign-on bonus, housing allowance, and uncapped commissions.

Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced, in-office culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of customers and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices.
