Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You will undergo six months of direct training with top brokers, helping customers and finding carriers for time-sensitive freight, while building a sales book and earning uncapped commissions.

Base compensation starts at $55,000 in the first year, with a sign-on bonus and housing allowance. Relocation assistance is provided to Cincinnati, with potential to relocate nationwide after training.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist in solving customer needs and finding carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build and grow your client book and meet sales metrics to become commission-eligible.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
