Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is looking for an energetic outdoor-focused team member to meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, present window, bath, and kitchen solutions, and generate interest. You will answer basic questions and schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for In-Home Sales Representatives.

Ideal candidates are comfortable starting conversations, motivated by goals, coachable, and excited about earning bonuses.

About You

Physical Requirements:

• Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods


• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
