Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our in-home sales team in the St. Louis area. You will meet homeowners, introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions, and schedule qualified appointments.

No prior experience required; paid training starts day one, with a clear path to leadership through a Manager in Training program and uncapped bonuses based on performance. Monday–Friday schedule supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful but not required.
