Shine BrightX LLC is seeking energetic individuals to meet homeowners in local neighborhoods and kick off conversations about our window, bath, and kitchen solutions. You will create interest, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified, no-obligation in-home appointments for our sales team.

This role involves active outdoor work during the day and collaboration with the team to hit daily and weekly targets, with a clear path for growth and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation helpful but not required.

Your Role

• Creating interest and answering basic questions
• Scheduling qualified, no-obligation appointments for In-Home Sales Representatives
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily and weekly goals
