Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking in-home sales representatives to meet homeowners in local Milwaukee neighborhoods and introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions. You will create interest, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

The role emphasizes active, outdoor, daytime work with a clear path to bonuses and career growth. Paid training from day one and a Monday–Friday schedule are included.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting homeowners in local neighborhoods and starting conversations
• Introducing Mad City Windows & Baths' window, bath, and kitchen solutions
• Creating interest and answering basic questions
• Scheduling qualified, no-obligation appointments for In-Home Sales Representatives
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily and weekly goals

About You

• Are comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day
• Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $20 per hour guaranteed
