Job summary

Sames Ford in Corpus Christi is seeking a friendly, customer-focused salesperson to help neighbors find the right vehicle. You’ll greet guests, ask questions, walk them through inventory, and coordinate test drives to ensure confidence in choices.

Hands-on training is provided, with support from experienced managers and a family-owned culture that values authenticity and service. Prior retail or customer service helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and make them feel welcome.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand vehicle needs for Corpus Christi neighbors.
• Walk customers through inventory and explain features/benefits of models.
• Coordinate and lead test drives to build confidence in selections.
• Communicate with the finance team to craft clear, fair deals.
• Follow up with past visitors to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Natural ability to listen and build rapport with people from all walks of life.
• Strong organizational habits and comfort with basic computer software.
• Persistence and a positive, glass-half-full outlook on daily challenges.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is helpful, but not required.
