Job summary

Astro Ford is seeking energetic sales professionals to join our dealership team. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, present vehicles, and guide them through test drives and financing options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership.
• Understand customer needs through active listening and insightful questions.
• Guide customers through our inventory, highlighting features and benefits.
• Facilitate test drives and explain vehicle options clearly.
• Negotiate pricing and complete sales contracts accurately.
• Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new models, features, and financing options.
