Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but performance incentives are available. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home and local visits after training.
