What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on the kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $30.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a commission structure available based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn't stay long-term, the skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create a schedule that suits them. Some work full-time, others part-time, or around other commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home after training.
