Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, but incentives may be available based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $24.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

We have been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue various career paths, including management and professional sales.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in our office, with work from home and local options after training.
