What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is required, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales). A performance-based commission structure is also available, allowing for higher earnings. Even during off weeks, reps can still earn income.

With over 40 years of experience, we train individuals to succeed. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home after training.
