Job summary

Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative (ELSR) to start in residential/commercial sales, with a track toward becoming a Residential Sales Inspector or Commercial Sales Consultant.

The ELSR focuses on door-to-door sales, assisting technicians, and securing sales leads, with schedule variations by season and some evenings and Saturdays. Starting pay is $22/hour, with base pay plus commission after training and a potential total earnings of up to $80,000 or more.

Qualifications

• Some Sales experience is helpful but...No experience? No problem! Cook’s offers the best training in the industry!
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• A Great Attitude and Work Ethic
• An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential termite/pest/mosquito/specialized pest control sales.
• Secure C4 commercial pest/control sales.
• Sell Sentricon to support real estate program.
• Work additional creative sales programs as directed by management.
• Inspect properties before submitting sales proposals.
• Maintain sales tools, prelists and customer reports.
• Price all services per pricing schedules.
• Address customer complaints per policy and report beyond scope to management.
• Assist Sales Manager/ District Manager in recruiting new reps.
• Care for and maintain sales equipment and company vehicle.
• Follow policies and maintain neat, professional appearance.
• Coordinate with district/department and other divisions.
• Engage in community activities and citizenship obligations.
• Other duties as assigned.
