Job summary

Cooks Pest Control, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative (ELSR) to start in a residential/commercial sales track and progress toward a Residential Sales Inspector or Commercial Sales Consultant role.

The position includes training, D2D sales, lead generation, and supporting technicians while earning a starting wage and potential commissions. Expect seasonal variations with some evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some sales experience is helpful; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential termite, pest, mosquito, and specialized pest control sales.
• Secure C4 commercial pest control, termite, mosquito, and specialized pest control sales.
• Sell 1 Sentricon programs as needed for real estate.
• Work additional creative sales programs as directed by management.
• Inspect properties before submitting sales proposals.
• Maintain sales reports, pricing per company schedules, and prelists.
• Address customer complaints per company policy and inform management of out-of-scope issues.
• Assist Sales Manager or District Manager in recruiting new reps.
• Care for and maintain company sales vehicle and supplies as instructed.
• Comply with all policies and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Cooperate with district/department staff and other divisions.
• Engage in community activities and uphold good citizenship.
• Other duties as assigned.
