Job summary

Cook's Pest Control, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to start in a residential/commercial sales track with room to grow into a Sales Inspector or Commercial Sales Consultant. The role includes training, door-to-door selling, lead generation, and supporting technicians.

Some evenings and Saturdays are expected based on seasonality. Starting pay is $22/hour; after training, base pay plus commission with potential to earn $80,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and train in sales.

Responsibilities

• Secure D2D residential pest control sales and commercial pest control sales.
• Sell Sentricon and other services as scheduled with leads.
• Inspect properties before submitting proposals.
• Maintain sales tools and reports for management.
• Address customer questions following company policy.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to recruit new representatives.
