The Burton Region at Aflac is seeking motivated sales professionals to build and grow a client-focused practice in the Richmond area. You will help employers understand available benefits and deliver personalized enrollment support, with ongoing coaching from a Fortune 500 company.

As an independent agent, you earn commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock, with comprehensive training, marketing resources, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Life/Health license required or willing to obtain.
• Proven industry experience.
• Minimum 18 years old and pass background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
• Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
• Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
