Job summary

IDR, Inc. is hiring early-career professionals to join our Atlanta team in 2027. You’ll start in a sales-driven recruiting role, learning to prospect, build relationships, navigate objections, and deliver results. Hands-on training will prepare you for outside sales and account management paths.

Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with mentorship and structured growth into sales development and account management. PTO and paid holidays are provided, along with ESOP eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduating December 2026 or May 2027 and seeking a career in sales.
• Interest in sales, business development, or account management.
• No specific major or prior staffing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and connect with IT professionals through calls, messaging, and other outreach.
• Build relationships with candidates and match experience to client opportunities.
• Learn prospecting, handle objections, negotiate, and manage a pipeline.
• Work toward individual performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Develop skills to pursue future sales opportunities within IDR.
