Job summary

Dematic is seeking an entry-level Sales Coordinator to support the Amazon sales team and onboard a developing associate to Dematic's processes, tools, and lifecycle offerings. The role strengthens internal sales execution by assisting Account Managers with Salesforce activity, opportunity administration, pricing support, customer follow-up, and workload management.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales support experience is helpful but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Operations and Opportunity Management in Salesforce, keeping data accurate and timely.
• Assist Account Managers with Salesforce administration, opportunity support, RSPL coordination, and workload balancing.
• Prepare commercial support materials, including pricing breakouts, quotes, and internal handoffs.
• Follow up on customer leads and referrals to ensure timely responses and ownership.
• Support site research and scope development, coordinating with internal teams to define customer needs.
