Job summary

Dematic is seeking an entry-level Sales Coordinator to support the Amazon sales team and introduce a developing associate to Dematic's processes, commercial tools, customer portfolio, and lifecycle offerings. This role strengthens internal sales execution by supporting Account Managers with Salesforce activity, opportunity administration, pricing support, customer follow-up, and workload management.

The Sales Coordinator acts as a force multiplier for the team, helping keep the backend running

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce familiarity preferred.
• Entry-level sales support experience or related roles helpful.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open, update and manage Salesforce opportunities.
• Assist Account Managers with administration and workload balancing.
• Prepare pricing breakouts and quote documentation.
• Follow up on customer leads and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs to help opportunities move forward.
