Job summary

The Violand Agency in Tampa, FL is seeking ambitious individuals for an entry-level management path designed to train future sales leaders. You’ll learn the business from the ground up with hands-on mentorship and growth opportunities, building skills in leadership, coaching, and performance management.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you'll learn the business while developing the skills needed to lead, coach, and grow a successful team.

Your responsibilities will include:
