What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with local business owners and their employees
• Helping clients understand and enroll in valuable supplemental benefits
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Learning how to recruit, train, and mentor future team members
• Developing leadership skills through hands‑on coaching
• Tracking your progress and setting goals for continued growth

As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to move into leadership and eventually build a team of your own.
