The Violand Agency in Tampa, FL is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager to learn the business from the ground up, with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced leaders. You’ll develop leadership, coaching, and performance skills while building a high-performing team.

You’ll meet with local business owners, grow client relationships, learn our sales process, and develop the ability to recruit, train, and mentor new team members.

Qualifications
