Job summary

The Violand Agency is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level management path in Tampa, FL. You will be trained to lead and coach a team, developing the skills needed to build a career in sales leadership.

Starting with mentorship from experienced leaders, you’ll learn the business from the ground up and pursue advancement opportunities as you demonstrate capability and results. Local travel and a focus on growth are expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners and employees to introduce valuable supplemental benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you'll learn the business while developing the skills needed to lead, coach, and grow a successful team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with local business owners and their employees to introduce valuable supplemental benefits

• Learning our sales process and leading by example in the field
• Developing the ability to recruit, train, and mentor new team members
