Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel in Yuma is hiring an entry-level, part-time Lead Generation Specialist to grow our customer base. You’ll be the face of the brand, engage shoppers in retail locations, and schedule in-home design consultations.

We provide training, a script to follow, and a path to leadership. Expect nights and weekend shifts, travel within the Yuma area, and uncapped bonus potential with pay of $25 per hour; our average earnings reach about $35/hr with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and able to approach customers in a retail setting.
• Experience using an iPad/tablet in a business capacity.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Warehouse (Depending on region)
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**
