Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Part-Time Entry Level Sales Lead Generation Specialist to connect with customers in the Tucson area and drive interest in our bath products. Training provided, with opportunities to grow as you demonstrate results.

Responsibilities include representing the brand at events, scheduling consultations, and engaging shoppers while following a script. Travel within the Tucson area is required.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability; ability to work nights and weekends.
• Travel within the greater Tucson area is required.
• Outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting.
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity.
• Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers.

We’ll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the Tucson area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products. It’s the perfect way to get your foot in the door with a great team!

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Warehouse (Depending on region)
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**
