Jacuzzi Bath Remodel in Phoenix is hiring an Entry Level Sales Lead Generation Specialist. We’ll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the Phoenix area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products.

Responsibilities include being the face of our brand, working events, and booking in-home design consultations. Must be outgoing, able to stand on feet, and willing to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Comfort working in retail environments and engaging customers.
• Willingness to learn scripts and product details.
• Ability to travel within the Phoenix area to reach customers.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Warehouse
• Additional duties as assigned
• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Travel within the greater Phoenix area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
• Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
• Ability to work nights/weekends

Compensation: $20.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $30/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**
