Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist to connect with customers in the Phoenix area and drive interest in our bath products. We will train you and set you up for success, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Responsibilities include engaging customers at events and retail locations, and scheduling in-home design consultations while partnering with major retailers. Travel within the greater Phoenix area is required.

• Excellent verbal communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to engage customers and spark interest in products.
• Willingness to travel within the greater Phoenix area and work events.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations


• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers


• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Warehouse


• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation: $20.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $30/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses
