Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Part-Time Entry Level Sales Lead Generation Specialist to connect with customers in the Prescott area and drive in-store engagement. You’ll be trained, supported by a great team, and travel within the Prescott region as needed.

The role emphasizes enthusiasm, a customer-first approach, and a willingness to work nights and weekends. Responsibilities include representing the brand, working at trade shows and retail locations, and coordinating with retail accounts

Qualifications

• Outgoing, engaging and confident in approaching customers in a retail setting.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the Prescott area.
• Learn and follow a sales script.
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business setting.
• Active and on-your-feet role in a retail environment.
• Must be personable and energetic.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Warehouse (Depending on region)
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.

**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**

• Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
• Part-Time schedules available- must be able to work nights and weekends
• Travel within the greater Prescott area is required
• Learn and follow a script
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
• Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
