Job summary

Summit Careers is seeking an early-career Sales Executive in Hartford to grow a defined territory. You will prospect, build relationships, and close new business, owning a quota and pipeline with consultative selling to drive revenue growth.

You’ll start with a base of $50K plus uncapped commissions, with a $15K target in the first year, plus full benefits, PTO, and a company retirement plan. A company laptop and mileage reimbursement support day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting using calls, email, LinkedIn, networking to book meetings and create qualified pipeline.
• Run discovery and value-based presentations; handle objections and negotiate to close deals within a 30–60 day sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine messaging, and offers; share feedback to improve win rates.
• Represent Summit ethically and professionally; build long-term relationships that lead to expansion and referrals.
