Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting using calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking to book meetings and build a qualified pipeline.
• Run discovery and value-based presentations; handle objections and close deals within a 30–60 day sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine messaging and offers; share feedback to improve win rates.
• Represent Summit professionally to build long-term relationships leading to expansion and referrals.
