• Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer inquiries

• Support assigned accounts and projects
• Learn products and services offered by Fralock
• Prepare quotations and coordinate order entry
• Assist in contract reviews and order management
• Provide timely delivery of quotes and status updates
• Maintain and analyze customer satisfaction and reports
