Job summary

The Oceanside Realty Team at Keller Williams is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be the first contact for prospective clients. You will work with warm leads, guide conversations, identify client needs, and connect buyers and sellers with the right team members, all while operating remotely with proven systems and coaching.

Priorsalesexperience is not required, and the company sponsors real estate licensing. Occasional in-office presence is required; candidates must reside within reasonable driving

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain a real estate license via company sponsorship.

Responsibilities
