Compensation: $45,000 + uncapped commission from day 1 ($75-90k 1st year OTE)

Our team in Chicago is growing and looking for an entry level Recruitment Consultants to join our Selby Jennings, Larson Maddox, DSJ Global & EPM Scientific brands.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do at Phaidon International?

You will develop your network, maintain and nurture relationships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions:

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships, identify hiring needs, and secure new business opportunities
• Negotiate service agreements and keep clients informed throughout the recruitment process to ensure effective collaboration.

Candidate Sourcing

• Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates within your specialist niche through headhunting, cold calling, networking and messaging.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive talent to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Process Management

• Manage the recruitment process by introducing candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, exchanging feedback, and negotiating offers.
• Provide post-placement support by maintaining contact with placed candidates to ensure long-term success.

Experience & Qualifications

Applicants are expected to hold a university degree or possess relevant work experience, typically amounting to two years in a sales environment.
