Responsibilities

• Client Development: build and manage relationships with hiring managers and leaders across your sector; negotiate agreements and identify talent needs.
• Candidate Engagement: identify and headhunt top professionals; build a pipeline through proactive outreach.
• End-to-End Process Management: own the full recruitment cycle from introductions to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Embrace Technology and Data: use tools and data to identify opportunities, track trends, and sharpen outreach.
