Job summary

Dove Technologies is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate to train for a career in outside sales in Jacksonville, FL. You will work with assigned sales reps on account management, proposals, and CRM data input as you learn the products and sales processes over 12–18 months.

You will participate in field rides, meetings, and training to develop skills in prospecting, lead generation, and contract coordination while progressing toward independent sales responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Sales Representatives with day-to-day account management.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in the CRM.
• Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails.
• Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, site surveys, and visits.
• Manage sales-related admin tasks and workflow follow-up.
• Assist with contract processing and sales order coordination.
• Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Learn product offerings, competitive positioning, and industry knowledge.
• Participate in field rides, customer meetings, and sales trainings.
• Progressively assume more direct sales responsibility as skills grow.
