Associate Trade Sales Consultant (Early Career Sales Program)

Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch a career in sales? The Associate Trade Sales Consultant role is a developmental position designed for early-career professionals interested in building a career in outside sales.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting customers, learning Pella's products and sales processes, and partnering with experienced sales professionals. Through training, mentoring, and real-world customer interactions, you'll develop the skills needed to progress into an Outside Trade Sales Consultant position, typically within 12-24 months.

This opportunity is ideal for:

• Recent college graduates
• Individuals with 0-2 years of professional experience
• Candidates with internship, customer service, retail sales, leadership, or business development experience
• Individuals interested in a long-term sales career path

Training will primarily be based in Orlando, FL; however, a portion of training will be spent in other Florida markets, including but not limited to Jacksonville and Tampa. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate must be willing to relocate to and support an open territory within Florida based on business needs.
