Job summary

Public Job Source USA is seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Associate to join their team in Omaha. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and generating new business within the construction and equipment industry.

The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, conduct customer visits, and prepare bids while ensuring effective communication throughout the sales process. Ideal candidates are those with a background in sales or construction.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial sectors.

• Must have a valid Driver's License and personal vehicle.

About This Opportunity

Seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Entry Level Sales Associate to join their growing team in Omaha. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, working independently, and developing new business opportunities within the construction and equipment industry.

The Sales Associate will manage existing customer accounts while also prospecting for new business throughout the Omaha metro area. Responsibilities include conducting customer visits, preparing bids and proposals, measuring spaces for shelving and storage installations, and maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the sales process.

This is a hands‑on outside sales role that requires travel to customer job sites using a personal vehicle. Candidates with prior sales experience and a construction or industrial background are strongly preferred.

Pay: $21.78/hour

• Additional commission earned above draw
