SPEC Building Materials Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor of building materials for commercial and residential roofing, invites you to join our Omaha team as a Sales Account Representative. Based at 3215 S 66 Ave Circle, this full-time role focuses on growing new accounts and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will prospect, quote, and close opportunities, maintain relationships with contractors and vendors, and work in a fast-paced in-person environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses strong math skills.
• Possesses strong computer skills.
• Ability to manage one's time effectively with little supervision.
• Possesses strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Maintain a current and valid state-issued driver’s license.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Position Responsibilities
