We are seeking entry level Sales Associates to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. At Vivacity Management, our focus is to accelerate the sales cycle and drive sales in the most unique ways. We have established working systems that make sales processes extremely efficient. Our high-performance team provides customized sales consultations to ensure that the customers are heard at every step of the sales funnel. We provide tools that not only increase our customer base but ensure customer retention as well.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell telecommunication/mobile products and services to new and existing customers in a retail based setting. (Target/Best Buy)
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
