Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a confident and driven sales professional to join our in-home sales team. This full-time W-2 role has 90% of the work pre-handled, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for leadership as we scale.

You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging home presentations, and grow quickly through elite training. Expect a supportive, team-first environment and uncapped commissions.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
