Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer, targeting top performance. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and access elite training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
