Home Genius Exteriors in the United States is seeking motivated sales closers for a full-time W-2 role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer.

Meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, present in-home with engaging pitches, and grow into leadership through elite training and internal promotions.

Enjoy weekly pay, uncapped commissions (100k–300k+ per year), bonuses, benefits after 30 days, paid training, and a flexible schedule with local appointments.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
