Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer. Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging in-home sales presentations.

Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship (we only promote from within) in a supportive, team-first environment. Expected earnings range from $100,000 to $300,000+ per year with weekly pay and generous bonuses.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
