Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer, enabling you to lead with confidence from day one.

You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging in-home presentations, and grow through elite training and mentorship with clear paths to leadership. Weekly pay every Friday, uncapped commissions, plus monthly bonuses and benefits help you build a thriving sales career.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
