Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. You’ll close deals with pre-qualified leads and participate in elite training to grow into leadership.

You’ll meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and enjoy a team-first environment with weekly pay and performance rewards. Health benefits start after 30 days and training is paid.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
