Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer. Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations.

Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with a policy of promoting from within. Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment and earnings between $100,000 and $300,000 per year, with weekly pay, monthly bonuses, and benefits after 30 days.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get:

• $100,000-$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
