Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time, in-home sales role where 90% of work is done for you and you’ll be closing pre-qualified prospects in Columbus, OH. You’ll deliver engaging home presentations, grow through elite training, and advance into leadership as you prove your results.

You’ll earn $100,000–$300,000+ per year with weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits. This fast-growing company promotes from within and supports your career growth.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get:

• $100,000-$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
